USE AND DOSAGE

Shake well before use. Store in cool and dark place. After opening use within 3 months. Keep out of reach of children.

Take 1-2ml, 3 times a day, in water for three weeks. Stop the treatment for one week and repeat it for another 3 weeks. Continue the treatment as above, if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

For people who wish to avoid alcohol, add boiling water to the tincture and leave for 15 minutes for the alcohol to evaporate and the tincture to cool.

If you have kidney disease, don't use White willow bark.

White Willow Bark might slow blood clotting, causing extra bleeding during and after surgery. Stop using willow bark at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery.
